12:00 – 1:30 PM | Pick-up from Makassar & Scenic Drive to Rammang-Rammang Dock

Your local guide will meet you at your hotel, chosen meeting point in Makassar, or Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport. Sit back and enjoy a relaxing 1.5 to 2-hour drive north through the Maros countryside. Along the way, you’ll pass through lush green rice fields, charming local villages, and dramatic limestone formations — the first glimpse of the natural wonder that awaits you.

2:00 – 2:30 PM | Traditional Boat Ride along the Pute River

Upon arrival at the Rammang-Rammang dock, step onto a traditional wooden boat locally known as perahu. Glide gently along the calm Pute River, surrounded by mangrove forests and towering karst cliffs that rise dramatically from the water. The scenery here is tranquil and mesmerizing — a perfect opportunity to capture the serene beauty of Sulawesi’s natural landscape.

2:30 – 4:00 PM | Explore Berua Village — The Hidden Gem of the Karst Valley

Your boat will dock at Berua Village, a quiet settlement nestled deep within the karst valley. Here, time seems to slow down. Walk through narrow paths lined with rice paddies, visit small caves, and discover how the local villagers live harmoniously with nature. 4:00 – 5:30 PM | Coffee Break at a Riverside Café

5:30 – 6:00 PM | Return Boat Ride to the Dock

6:00 – 7:30 PM | Drive Back to Makassar

Say goodbye to Rammang-Rammang as you begin your journey back to Makassar. Along the way, you may make a short stop in Maros to browse for local snacks, handmade crafts, or traditional souvenirs to take home as a memento of your trip.

7:30 – 8:00 PM | Arrival in Makassar & Drop-Off

Arrive safely back at your hotel or designated drop-off point in Makassar. Your half-day adventure comes to an end — but the memories of Rammang-Rammang’s majestic karst landscape, serene river views, and warm local hospitality will stay with you long after you return.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Open to the public — all participants are welcome.
• Meeting Point: Makassar City and surrounding areas.
• A minimum 10% down payment of the total tour fee is required to confirm registration.
• No booking will be accepted without a down payment.
• Payments can be made in at least two installments.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one (1) day before departure (H-1) via bank transfer to our official account.
• Participants with special medical conditions are strongly advised to consult their doctor before joining the trip and must bring necessary medication.
• A pre-trek briefing and preparation will be conducted via WhatsApp Group.
• All registered participants will receive an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) and Technical Guidelines (Juknis) prior to departure.
